Today we are going to let you know more about the ongoing batch 34 Navy recruitment exercise, registration closing date, document required, where to register etc. See you at the end of the article. 

The Nigeria Navy recently opened portal for batch 34 recruitment exercise, A statement written on the portal states " The Nigeria Navy wishes to inform the general public and all potentials applicants that the online registration for it's batch 34 recruitment exercise commences on Monday 07 August 2022 and closes on Sunday 17 September 2022" making it 6 weeks for registration, but apparently when you check your calendar, you will notice with me that 07 August does not fall on Monday but rather on Sunday and 17 September will not fall on Sunday, rather on Saturday, but all the best it is 6 weeks so you have time to process it very well. 

Take note of not to do common mistakes. 

Let's know the major guidelines 

1. You must be a Nigerian by birth.

2. You must be between 18-22 years 

3. You must be single without children. 

4. Free from criminal conviction by a court of law 

5. Must be above 1.69 metres in height for males and 1.65meters for females. 

6. Minimum qualification is SSCE, maximum required is OND and NCE. Here, if you have a Bsc degree and you decide to fill it, let me refer you to what they say about this point; 

 Read this "Applicants are to note that entry requirement into the following categories is SSCE Or equivalent : A5, B1, B2, B3, C1, D1, D7, E2, E3, E4, F1. Any other additional qualifications in these categories can only serve as an added advantage for selection into the branch and shall not attract any extra advantage whatsoever". Navy strictly gives warning to this particular guideline so as not to expect any extra stipend if you apply with a higher degree. 

Application forms is to be completed and submitted online. 

The recruitment is still ongoing and will last up to 18th as stipulated on the portal. 

 THINGS NEEDED DURING REGISTRATION First most important thing is Email, NIN is also required, BVN, PASSPORT (soft copy) referees, academic qualifications ( SSCE, OND and NCE)
